About
Q: Who are Made Right Meals for?
Made Right meals are designed for health-conscious busy families who want to save time on preparing quality and nutritious meals.
We take the worry out of what your child will eat at daycare or school and if they are getting the proper nutrients to learn and grow. Each meal is familiar and flavourful, even for picky eaters!
Q: How does Made Right Nutrition work?
Made Right Nutrition is a children’s and bulk-style family meal preparation service providing and delivering meals twice a week (Monday/Wednesday).
You will have the option to choose between eight children’s meals, four ad-on options, and seventeen bulk-style meals.
All bulk-style meals contain nutrition facts. Please note these are all approximate values based on Canadian Nutrient data.
All of our meals are made to order and delivered directly to KP Squared, APPLE Schools, or to your door for public orders. Each order is carefully packaged in insulated packaging to maintain freshness and proper temperature during delivery, ensuring your meals arrive safe, fresh, and ready to enjoy.
Meals and Nutrition
Q: What ages are kids meals for?
Our children’s meals are designed for toddlers and children aged 1-18 years old.
Our children’s meals are portioned by age, small (2-3 years), medium (4-8 years), large (9-13 years), and x-large (14-18 years).
Q: What if my child does not like the meals?
Our goal was to design boxes that are familiar to kids and foods they have likely had before. This decreases the chance of your child having mixed feelings about trying something new.
Sometimes, kids just don’t like certain foods and that’s okay! It is our job to provide the meal and it’s up to them if they choose to eat it or not.
We would love to hear from you and appreciate honest feedback! If your child does not like the meal, you could always try ordering a different meal for them to try the following week.
Repeated exposure is helpful for children to start trying new foods, you will be surprised what they may start enjoying that they may not have preferred before!
Q: How many servings are in your meals?
Each meal is designed to feed one child
