This beef stew has been a tried and true in our homes over the years, especially when the air begins to cool. Some tweaking here and there and we finally feel like we got it right and we can’t wait to share it with you!
Our hearty beef stew is made with tender stewing beef, salted butter, white onion, carrots, celery, all-purpose flour, garlic powder and salt, rich beef bone broth, fire-roasted tomatoes, sweet corn, russet potatoes, and frozen peas. The combination creates a rich, savoury broth packed with tender beef and vegetables in every bite.
And, we couldn’t just stop there. We’ve topped it off with soft, fluffy dumplings for an extra layer of comfort and enjoyment — because when it comes to a cozy bowl of stew, why not?
